Any individual, governmental entity or corporate entity failing to begin a program recommended by the Weed Control Board to control and contain noxious weeds as designated by the Board within the five days hereinabove referenced is guilty of a Class C infraction, and the County Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to enforce the provisions of this subchapter, together with the provisions of I.C. Chapter 4.6 of Title 15, Chapter 3 regarding the establishment, exercising and enforcement of Weed Control Board provisions.
