(A) The Weed Control Board shall require persons owning real estate located in the county or persons or any other entity owning easements, rights-of-way or similar interests in real estate located in the county, to control and contain any noxious weeds growing on the real estate.
(B) A five-day written notice to remove any noxious weeds shall be issued by the Weed Control Board and served by certified or registered mail addressed to the latest address of the person or to his, her or its resident agent as the addresses are reflected in the offices of the County Treasurer, the County Auditor or the County Recorder's office.
(C) The Board may alternatively issue any notices by and through the office of the County Sheriff, who is hereby ordered and directed to accommodate the Board by serving any notices and for which the service the Board shall pay the required and standard fee for the service.
