§ 92.04 SPECIFIC OFFICES.
   (A)   (1)   The County Weed Control Board shall elect a Chairperson and a Secretary to assist the Board in the conducting of business.
      (2)   The members thereof shall not be entitled to receive any compensation other than traveling and other expenses as may be necessary to discharge the duties of the Board upon approval of the Board, the submission of the claims to the County Commissioners for their approval and recommendation for payment and within the scope of the appropriated budget for the Board.
   (B)   The County Weed Control Board shall be empowered to appoint an Executive Director and employ necessary technical, professional and other assistance as it deems necessary and within the financial appropriations available to the Board, and the Board shall fix the qualifications, duties and salaries of these employees subject to the permission of the County Council.
   (C)   The County Weed Control Board shall designate the County Highway Supervisor, if he or she be a Board member, and the Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor, or the designate of either, or any designated employee serving the county, as inspectors, and the inspectors shall serve for the Board and make periodic inspections and report their findings to the Board and/or Executive Director, if any.
