(A) This Board shall consist of the following members appointed by the County Commissioners as follows:
(1) One county township trustee;
(2) One Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor;
(3) One representative from the agricultural community of the county;
(4) One representative from the County Highway Department, or other appointee as the Board of Commissioners shall deem fit, advisable and desirous; and
(5) One county cooperative extension service agent. This individual shall serve in a non-voting advisory capacity.
(B) Each Board member as hereinabove referenced shall be appointed for a term of four years from the date of appointment. Any vacancy which may occur during the interim four-year period shall be filled for an unexpired term and shall be appointed as hereinabove set forth.
