All survey markers or monuments which are disturbed by mining operations shall be re-established in accordance with 310 I.A.C. 12-5-71.5 or I.C. 36-2-12-13. In addition, any property lines or property corners which are disturbed by mining operations and which affect the county highway right-of-way shall be re-established at the expense of the coal company.
