§ 91.22 TO MINE THROUGH A COUNTY ROAD.
If a person applies for permission to mine through a county road, and provided the Commissioners grant the request, the Commissioners will decide whether or not a run around will be required. The section of road mined through will require bond and escrow as in § 91.18(H) above. If a run around is required, it will be maintained as provided for in the County Highway Coal Mine Policy P-16. When mining is completed, the road will be replaced as per the County Highway Coal Mine Policy P-14. Each mine through shall be reviewed on a six-month basis by the Commissioners.
