(A) It shall be the duty of the County Sheriff’s Department to enforce this subchapter.
(B) Any duly qualified and acting law enforcement officer may enforce the terms of this subchapter.
(C) Procedures for arrest and court appearances shall be in accordance with I.C. 9-21-1-1 et seq., as amended.
(D) Procedures for ordinance violation enforcement shall be in accordance with I.C. 34-28-5, as amended.
