§ 71.01 HORSE-DRAWN/UNMOTORIZED VEHICLES WITHOUT BLINKING LIGHTS.
   (A)   A horse-drawn vehicle may not be operated on any public roadway in the confines of the county if the vehicle fails to have blinking rights as hereinafter set forth.
   (B)   Each horse-drawn vehicle shall have two flashing red lights, which shall be at least one and one-quarter inches by two and one-quarter inches in diameter, and shall be affixed to the rear of each horse-drawn vehicle. The lights shall be mounted at least 20 inches above ground level and on the outside corners of the rear of the horse-drawn vehicle.
