§ 53.115 CAPACITY FEES FOR EASTERN DAVIE SEWER.
   For all Eastern Davie sewer service tributary to Forsyth County, North East Davie Sewer District will charge a capacity fee at the time the capacity is set aside. The fee schedule will be found in the utility offices and will be revisited by the County Manager annually.
