§ 95.031 ATTENDANCE OF MEMBERS.
   (A)    An appointed member of the Advisory Board who misses more than three consecutive regular meetings loses his or her status as a member of the Board until reappointed or replaced by the Board of Commissioners. Absences due to sickness, death or other emergencies of like nature shall be regarded as approved absences and shall not affect the member's status on the Board, except that in the event of a long illness or other such cause for prolonged absence the member may be replaced.
   (B)   Appointed members of the Advisory Board shall be required to attend a minimum of two official recreation and park programs or special events per fiscal year (July-June).
   (C)   Appointed members of the Advisory Board shall be required to volunteer for a minimum of one recreation and park sponsored special event and one recreation and park sponsored program or athletic program.
