§ 95.030 MEETINGS; QUORUM.
    Meetings of the Advisory Board shall be held on a monthly basis, unless determined otherwise by the Advisory Board, or the Recreation and Parks Director. The Chairman of the Board or, in his or her absence, the Vice-Chairman, may call a special meeting of the Board at any time by giving each member 48 hour notice. Special meetings will be scheduled upon request by a majority of Board members. A quorum of the Board shall be in attendance before action of an official nature can be taken. A quorum will consist of at least one half of the appointed members to date. In the event that there is not a quorum for general or special meetings; members of the Advisory Board may email item(s) that require a vote after instructions are given by the Recreation and Parks Director to respond. Parliamentary procedures are adhered to as reflected in the latest edition of Roberts Rules of Order and shall prevail at official meetings of the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board unless otherwise specified by the by-laws.
