(A) Former Chapter 31 of the Davie County Code of Ordinance is hereby repealed effective upon the passage of this new Chapter 30 of the Davie County Code of Ordinance. All previous ordinances, policies and provisions which are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed.
(B) Due to operational requirements of the various county departments, each department shall be authorized to establish supplemental policies applicable only to the personnel of that department. All such policies shall be subject to the approval of the County Manager and shall not conflict with the provisions of this chapter, but rather supplement them.
