§ 30.005 ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT.
   The Human Resources Director shall be responsible for the administration of the personnel ordinance and shall have the primary responsibility for advising the County Manager, department heads, supervisors and employees on personnel policies and procedures. The Human Resources Department shall maintain all official employee records in accordance with G.S. § 153A-98.
