§ 115.10 NAMED BUSINESSES AND SCHEDULE OF LICENSE TAXES.
   (A)   Peddlers. Itinerant peddlers are hereby charged an annual license tax of $100. Provided that the above license tax shall not apply to anyone offering merchandise for sale only at a flea/product market or at a yard sale.
   (B)   Panhandlers. All panhandlers are hereby charged an annual license tax of $100.
