§ 91.01 AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authority contained in G.S. Chapter 153A, Article 11, subject to any limitations and authority of a county to apply this chapter within an incorporated municipality. The county encourages each municipality within Davie County to adopt this chapter as their own.
