§ 156.029 APPLICATION FEE.
   (A)   At the time that a person submits an application for a special use permit for a new tower or to co-locate a wireless facility on an existing tower or structure, such person shall pay a nonrefundable application fee to be established by the Board of County Commissioners.
   (B)   (1)   No application fee is required in order to recertify a special use or zoning compliance permit for wireless telecommunications facilities, unless there has been, since the date of its issuance, a visible modification of the facility for which the conditions of the special use or zoning compliance permit has not previously been modified.
      (2)   In the case of any such modification, the fees provided in division (A) above shall apply.
