The extent and parameters of a special use or zoning compliance permit for wireless telecommunications facilities shall be as follows:
(A) Such special use or zoning compliance permit shall be nonexclusive;
(B) Such special use permit or zoning compliance shall not be assigned, transferred, or conveyed without written notification to the county; and
(C) After prior written notice to the permit holder and a subsequent hearing, such special use or zoning compliance permit may be revoked, canceled, or terminated for a violation of its conditions and provisions, or for a material violation of this chapter.
