(A) All wireless telecommunications facilities and antennas shall be located, fenced, or otherwise secured in a manner that prevents unauthorized access.
(B) Specifically:
(1) All antennas, towers, and other supporting structures, wires, and cabling shall be made inaccessible to unauthorized individuals, and constructed or shielded in such a manner that they cannot be subject to climbing or collision;
(2) Transmitters and telecommunications control points shall be installed such a manner that they are readily accessible only to persons authorized to operate or service them; and
(3) All fencing shall be in harmony and concert with the nature and character of the neighborhood, and maintained in a manner so as to retain its originally installed appearance.
