§ 155.160 USE DISTRICTS.

   The following zoning districts are divided into either general use or conditional zoning districts:

   (A)   Regular zoning districts.

      (1)   R-A or R-A-CD;

      (2)   R-20 or R-20-CD;

      (3)   R-12 or R-12-CD;

      (4)   R-8 or R-8-CD;

      (5)   R-M or R-M-CD;

      (6)   H-B or H-B-CD;

      (7)   N-B or N-B-CD;

      (8)   C-S or C-S-CD;

      (9)   S-P or S-P-CD;

      (10)   G-I or G-I-CD;

      (11)   H-I or H-I-CD.

   (B)   Overlay districts.

      (1)   WS-III-CA;

      (2)   WS-III-BW or WS-III-BW-CD;

      (3)   WS-IV-CA;

      (4)   WS-IV-PA or WS-IV-PA-CD;

      (5)   QD.
