§ 154.48 REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-STATE MAINTAINED ROADS.
   (A)   Minimum construction standards for non- state maintained roads in subdivisions consisting of ten lots or less, with the developer owning or having no interest in any adjoining property, and with each lot containing at least five acres, shall be as set forth in this regulation.
   (B)   No graded road shall be muck, pipe clay, organic matter, or other unsuitable material.
   (C)   A minimum right-of-way of 50 feet shall always be required with four inches of ABC stone, 12 feet wide.
