§ 153.07 BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING THE SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREAS.
   (A)   The special flood hazard areas are those identified under the cooperating technical state (CTS) agreement between this state and FEMA in its Flood Insurance Study (FIS) and its accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) for the county dated September 17, 2008, which are adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter.
   (B)   The initial Flood Insurance Rate Maps are as follows for the jurisdictional areas at the initial date:
      (1)   Davie County Unincorporated Area, March 21, 1980;
      (2)   Mocksville, Town of, dated September 17, 2008;
      (3)   Cooleemee, Town of, dated September 17, 2008; and
      (4)   Bermuda Run, Town of, dated September 17, 2008.
