§ 153.02 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The legislature of this state has in G.S. Chapter 143, Article 21, Part 6; § 153A-121; and Chapter 153A, Article 18, Parts 3 and 4, delegated to local governmental units the responsibility to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare. Therefore, the Board of Commissioners does ordain as follows in this chapter.
