§ 152.03 AUTHORITY.
   The Board of County Commissioners shall regulate the location and management of petroleum contaminated soil, more specifically the proper remediation and prevention of improperly exposed and handled petroleum contaminated soil, within the jurisdiction of the county in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens and the peace and dignity of the county as provided in G.S. § 153A-121.
