§ 151.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF WATERSHED OVERLAY DISTRICTS.

   Within the county planning jurisdiction the following watershed overlay districts shall be established:

   (A)   Hunting Creek WS-III-CA (Critical Area);

   (B)   Hunting Creek WS-III-BW (Balance of Watershed);

   (C)   Yadkin River WS-IV-CA (Critical Area): indicates critical areas for the Cooleemee, Salisbury, Winston-Salem, Davidson, and Davie water supply intakes on the Yadkin or South Yadkin River; and

   (D)   Yadkin River WS-IV-PA (Protected Area): indicates the protected area for the same intakes listed in division (C) above.
