§ 114.15 EXEMPTIONS.

   Vehicles owned and operated by the following are excluded from the operation of this chapter:

   (A)   Vehicles owned by the State of North Carolina;

   (B)   Vehicles owned by the United States of America;

   (C)   Ambulances or ambulance services which are requested by the County EMS Director to provide assistance in the event of a disaster or under mutual aid agreements;

   (D)   Ambulances owned and operated by the County of Davie are exempt from §§ 114.02 - 114.05.
