§ 114.09 STANDARDS FOR COMMUNICATIONS.
   (A)   Each ambulance shall be equipped with a two-way VHF radio licensed by the Federal Communications Commission which must be in operative condition at times. The radio must be compatible to the County EMS System. The frequency of the channels shall be 155.280, 155.340, and 155.265. 154.370 mobile phone must be equipped in all ambulances and they must have a different primary frequency for their operation.
   (B)   Each ambulance service shall provide the Board a copy of the Federal Communications Commission license authorizing the use of the communication equipment owned and operated by the service.
