§ 110.203 GOVERNING LAW AND CHOICE OF FORUM.
   Any dispute arising with respect to this chapter, or a franchise agreement granted pursuant to it, shall be governed by the laws of this state. Exclusive jurisdiction of such disputes shall be vested in the state and federal courts having primary jurisdiction in this county.
