Roads eligible for naming by means of § 94.038 may be named by submitting a petition to the Technical Review Committee. The Technical Review Committee may consider and approve road name petitions. A petition shall include the existing road name, the proposed road name, the reason why the person(s) are requesting the name change, and the signatures of 75% of those persons owning property addressed on the road in question.
