(A) The Planning Director, or his or her designee, is given authority to administer and assign addresses authorized under this chapter, and to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Questions arising from the enforcement of this chapter shall be interpreted by the Planning Director or his or her designee.
(B) Interpretation of this chapter shall be accomplished by the Planning and Zoning Director or his or her designee.
(C) The chapter administrator may report to the Planning Board at their scheduled meetings as needed to keep the members of the Boards informed of any pertinent addressing related matters and to provide them with a summary of any such matters.
