§ 94.006 INCORPORATED AREAS.
   Any incorporated area within the county that is being provided radio/communications services by the county’s Communications/E-9-1-1 Center, shall bear the responsibility of adhering to the road naming and addressing policies set forth in this chapter and/or adopt a compatible chapter by its governing board.
