§ 94.003 ENACTMENT AND AUTHORITY.
   The Board of Commissioners of the county do enact this chapter to establish a detailed, permanent, uniform addressing system, pursuant to authority provided in the County Public Safety Chapter (Chapter 93, 9-1-1 Services) heretofore enacted pursuant to G.S. Chapter 62A; in addition, pursuant to authority provided in G.S. Chapter 153A, Article 12, which empowers the county to name roads.
