§ 90.15 INTENT.
It is the intent of the County Commissioners to protect the public against health and safety hazards that exotic or wild animals pose to the community, as well as to protect the welfare of the individual animals held in private possession. By their very nature, these animals are wild and potentially dangerous, and do not adjust well to a captive environment.
