§ 52.005 UNLAWFUL REMOVAL OF WATER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to take and remove any water from the county water system except through a regular metered outlet secured as provided in this chapter or by temporary use as provided in § 52.026 hereof or by authority of the Public Utilities Director or other designated county official.
