§ 51.64 CONFLICT.
   In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of Chapter 50 of this code to the extent this chapter governs and regulates hazardous and low-level radioactive materials or waste as defined herein, the provisions of this chapter shall control and govern the regulation thereof.
