§ 50.45 UNLAWFUL DUMPING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, dump, or cause to be dumped any solid waste generated within the designated geographic area anywhere within the designated geographic area except as provided in this chapter.
   (B)   Penalties and remedies for violations of this chapter shall be as hereinafter provided in this chapter.
