§ 50.23 REVOCATION.
   (A)   A permit or license granted under this chapter may be revoked after notice and hearing as provided in § 50.20(E) upon the grounds set forth in that division and for the following reasons:
      (1)   Loss of solid waste permit issued by the state;
      (2)   Noncompliance with the provisions of this chapter and the rate schedule promulgated by the Board of Commissioners;
      (3)   Failure to render prompt and effective service to any person within the area in which the licensee had a license or permit to operate; or
      (4)   Any failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
    (B)   Complaints or grievances may be brought to the Board’s attention by submitting same in writing to the County Manager.
