§ 95.073 VIOLATIONS AND FINES.
   (A)   Parking and speeding/reckless driving violations with corresponding fines are listed on Schedule 1, which is on file in the county offices and incorporated as if fully set forth herein. The Board of Commissioners may amend Schedule 1 from time to time.
   (B)   Violations of § 95.059(B) are punishable by the appropriate penalties and/or laws governing inland waters, as set forth by the State Wildlife Resources Commission. Any and all enforcement officers of the Wildlife Commission have full authority to enforce these regulations.
   (C)   Violation of § 95.071(A), (B), (D), (I), or (J) is punishable by written warning, $50 fine and/or suspension for a period of not more than 60 days, unless designated by Board of Commissioners.
   (D)   Violations of this chapter may also constitute a civil offense and/or a misdemeanor pursuant to the applicable North Carolina General Statutes and may be punishable by additional fines or sanctions, including imprisonment not exceeding 30 days.
   (E)   Prior to any citations, fines or punishments being assessed from violations aforementioned above, any individual may make a written request for a hearing to the Recreation and Parks Director or the County Manager. Said request shall be given no more than seven days upon receiving the citation, notice of fine or punishment.
