§ 91.10 CREATION OF POSITION.
   The Davie Fire Marshal's Office is hereby established. The County Manager may assign the duties of the Fire Marshal to any employee(s) of the county having other duties. The Fire Marshal's Office shall take direction from the Emergency Services Director.
