§ 51.36 OUTFALL SEWERS.
   Whenever an outfall sewer is required to be constructed as a part of the sanitary sewer system installed to provide sewer service to an area, such outfall shall be considered a part of the project. The Commissioners shall have the power to enter into contracts for the installation of sewer outfalls, pumping stations and other facilities designed to serve area outside of a development, within the county limits, and to participate in the costs thereof to the extent and in the manner that the Commissioners determine to be appropriate and in the best interest of the county.
