§ 51.32 INVESTMENT BY COUNTY; OVER-SIZING REIMBURSEMENT.
   The county may make an investment in sanitary sewers installed within the system for additional costs of mains larger than the minimum eight-inch main, if the additional size is of benefit to the county and is required by the Director. Whenever over-sizing is required by the Director:
   (A)   The county and the applicant shall enter into an agreement (prior to approval of the sewer project) providing for:
      (1)   The division of costs between county and applicant;
      (2)   The terms and length of time for reimbursement.
   (B)   The applicant shall cause his or her engineer to include the required over-sizing in the construction documents.
   (C)   The sewer construction contract shall be let in accord with provisions of § 51.35.
