(A) Pursuant to G.S. § 153A-49, the Davidson County Board of Commissioners elects to omit from this code the budget ordinance, any bond orders, and other classes of ordinances of limited interest or transitory nature, including:
(1) Those individual ordinances granting individual franchises to applicants pursuant to the “Ordinance Regulating Ambulance Services” (Chapter 96 of this code) and the “Cable Communica-tions and Regulatory Ordinance for the County of Davidson, North Carolina” (adopted 2-14-89); and
(2) All Community Development Block Grant project ordinances.
(B) All other ordinances of a temporary or special nature and all other ordinances pertaining to subjects not embraced in this code shall remain in full force and effect unless herein repealed expressly or by necessary implication.
