§ 153.150 CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES AND STATUTES.
   Where there is a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any other county ordinance, the provisions of any other county ordinance shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any federal or state statute require more restrictive provisions than are required by this chapter, the provisions of such statute shall govern.
