§ 153.140 ANNUAL REPORT TO THE NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES.

   After its adoption, a copy of this chapter shall be sent to the office of the North Carolina Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the Board of Commissioners, the county office of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service, and the Soil and Water Conservation District office. Annually, the County Voluntary Agricultural Board shall submit a written report on the county's Agricultural District Program to the County Commissioners and to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services, including the following information:

   (A)   Number of landowners enrolled;

   (B)   Number of acres enrolled;

   (C)   Number of acres certified during the reporting period;

   (D)   Number of acres denied during the reporting period;

   (E)   Number of acres for which applications are pending;

   (F)   Copies of any amendments to the chapter; and

   (G)   Any other information the Advisory Board deems useful.
