(A) In order to implement the purposes stated in § 153.003, this Program provides for the creation of the county-wide Voluntary Agricultural District, which meets the following standards: the District shall contain two or more qualifying farms, or a minimum of 50 contiguous acres of qualified farmland to initiate a voluntary agricultural district.
(B) All land enrolled in a region, defined in § 153.035 above, shall be part of a single region. If a single farm has acreage in two or more regions, the farm shall participate in the region where the largest acreage is found.
