§ 130.02 DISCHARGE OF FIREARM OR PELLET GUN.
   (A)   No person shall discharge any firearm (rifle, shotgun, or pistol) or pellet gun from or on any roadway or right-of-way of any public road, street, or highway in Davidson County, except when such firearm is discharged in defense of person or property, or when used pursuant to lawful directions of law enforcement officers.
   (B)   This chapter shall be enforceable by law enforcement officers of the Wildlife Resources Commission, by sheriffs and deputy sheriffs, and by other peace officers with general subject matter jurisdiction.
