(A) It shall be unlawful in Davidson County to disturb the peace and if any person shall be found guilty of disturbing the peace, he shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in this chapter.
(B) Disturbing the peace is doing any of the following in such a manner as would foreseeably disturb or alarm the public:
(1) Engaging in a fistic encounter;
(2) Using any unnecessarily loud, offensive, or insulting language;
(3) Engaging in any act in a violent and tumultuous manner by any three or more persons;
(4) Holding of an unlawful assembly; or
(5) Commission of any other act in such a manner as to unreasonably disturb or alarm the public.
