§ 113.20 SUSPENSION.
   (A)   The County Manager shall suspend a permit for a period not to exceed 30 days, at his discretion, if he determines that the permittee has:
      (1)   Violated or is not in compliance with any provisions of this chapter.
      (2)   Refused to allow an inspection of the adult establishment premises as authorized by this chapter.
      (3)   Knowingly permitted gambling by any persons on the premises of the adult establishment.
      (4)   Knowingly permitted illegal consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages on the premises of the adult establishment.
   (B)   Upon suspension of a permit by the County Manager, the permittee may appeal the same in accordance with the provisions of § 113.17(E) of this chapter. Provided, however, that during the pendency of any timely appeal before the Board of Commissioners, the permittee shall be allowed to continue operation of the adult establishment.
