The applicant and/or permittee shall permit representatives of the County Manager, County Sheriff's Department, Fire Marshal, Building Inspector or any other state agency or county department or agency to inspect the premises of an adult establishment, and at any time it is occupied or open for business, for the purpose of insuring compliance with all applicable laws.
