§ 111.23 MASSAGE OF PRIVATE PARTS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person licensed as a masseur or masseuse under § 111.12 shall massage or offer to massage the private parts of another person upon the licensed premises. PRIVATE PARTS means the penis, scrotum, mons veneris, vulva or vaginal area.
   (B)   No person, corporation, partnership or association licensed under § 111.11 shall allow, permit or condone any person to massage or offer to massage the private parts of another person upon the licensed premises. PRIVATE PARTS means the penis, scrotum, mons veneris, vulva or vaginal area.
