§ 110.01 PUBLIC CONSUMPTION OF MALT BEVERAGES AND UNFORTIFIED WINE ON COUNTY PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to consume malt beverages or unfortified wine on all property owned or occupied by the county.
   (B)   Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished under G.S. § 14-4.
